Luxury Store Cleaning Operations Lead

Harrods in Knightsbridge invites an energetic Assistant Manager to lead our Store Services cleaning operation. You will manage a team of 3 direct and 18 indirect reports, drive performance, upskill staff and ensure safety and quality across shifts 6:00 AM-2:30 PM on a 5-out-of-7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will coach your team, handle allocations, monitor materials and equipment, and promote recycling and sustainability initiatives.
