Luxury Spa Restaurant Manager - Guest Experience Leader

Carden Park Hotel Ltd invites an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join Elements Restaurant in our 5-star spa environment. You will work with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional service across brunch, lunch and dinner shifts.

You will lead and coach the Food & Beverage team, plan weekly rotas within wage budgets, maintain high standards of service, stock, and cleanliness, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting departmental targets.
