Luxury Spa Lead: Guest Experience & Ops

Soho House is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to lead daily spa operations and deliver a luxury wellbeing experience for members and guests. You will support the Spa Manager, optimize bookings, rota planning, therapist utilisation, and guest flow while maintaining high standards and a commercially accountable mindset.
