Luxury Sous Chef - Seasonal, Ingredient-Led Dining

C&E-Recruitmen is seeking a passionate Sous Chef for a luxury country house hotel near Hook, Hampshire. The role involves supporting the day-to-day kitchen operations, leading the brigade, and developing menus that reflect provenance and seasonality you source from the hotel's Home Farm and gardens.

The successful candidate will have prior Sous Chef experience in high-end kitchens, strong leadership and organisational skills, and a collaborative approach to hospitality.
