The Role

• Deliver a highly personalised and engaging customer experience.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Confidently support customers throughout their shopping journey, from initial welcome through to purchase.
• Drive sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain impeccable standards across the shop floor, ensuring the store is presented to the highest level.
• Support fitting rooms, till operations, gift wrapping, and other aspects of the customer journey.
• Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stock transfers, and maintaining an organised stockroom.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Represent a prestigious luxury fashion brand with professionalism and confidence.
• Contribute to a welcoming, polished, and engaging store environment.

About You

• Previous experience in luxury, premium, or high-end fashion retail is essential.
• Genuine passion for fashion, customer service, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
• Confident and personable, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Commercially driven, with experience working towards sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, professional, and well-presented with a strong eye for detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trading periods.
• Based in or able to travel easily to Cheshire Oaks.
