Luxury Retail Store Lead: Sales, Service & Ops

Reiss is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bristol store, joining the Retail team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the store delivers premium customer service, achieves targets and delivers commercial and operational excellence.

You'll oversee day-to-day store operations, identify opportunities to drive sales, motivate and train the team, maintain visual standards and support recruitment and performance reviews, deputising for the Store Manager when needed.
