Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with an independent 4 star hotel in the Snowdonia area. They are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the food and beverage department. Working closely with the General Manager you will have a big input in developing the hotel further within the luxury market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to develop their career further with a destination hotel and a dynamic hotel group.

Your New Role as Restaurant Manager:

• Leading the food and beverage department
• Assisting the General Manager in the running of the hotel
