Luxury Restaurant Host & Guest Experience Lead

Iconic Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Maitre D' for Hans Bar & Grill, located at 11 Cadogan Gardens, London. You will be the first contact for guests, setting the tone and overseeing reservations and guest flow to ensure a warm, personalised, seamless experience.

Working with the Food & Beverage Manager and team, you will manage Opera reservations, maximise covers, build relationships with guests, handle billing, and promote hotel dining experiences to create memorable guest experiences.
