Luxury Restaurant GM - Serra, Mayfair

The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair seeks a Restaurant General Manager for Serra, a Signature luxury dining concept. You will own day-to-day operations, guest experience, team culture and the restaurant's commercial performance, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage.

You'll be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor, ensuring warmth, confidence and consistency at every service. We require an experienced restaurateur who blends senior business leadership with the pace and passion of
