Delano London seeks an exceptional Senior Sous Chef to join the pre-opening team. Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you will lead day-to-day culinary operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner, build a high-performing kitchen, and ensure exceptional standards from day one.

You will collaborate on menu development, cost control and training, while maintaining Delano's identity and delivering a warm, luxurious guest experience in a new London landmark.
