The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join the culinary team at the Milestone Hotel & Residences, a luxury four/five-star property in London. This full-time role offers growth in a high-standard pastry kitchen.

You will report to the Pastry Chef and Executive Head Chef, contributing to pastry production for à la carte, banqueting, and afternoon tea while developing skills in a supportive environment.
