The Opportunity

The Role

As Account Director, you will be the strategic lead and key point of contact for the client, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all print, packaging, and marketing collateral projects. You'll act as both brand guardian and trusted advisor - managing high value campaigns, complex workflows, and global supply partners to ensure every piece meets the brand's exacting standards.

Beyond managing the relationship, you'll play a pivotal role in driving account growth - identifying new opportunities, introducing innovative solutions, and expanding the partnership to add long term value for both the client and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship at a senior level, maintaining trust, collaboration, and clear communication.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of print and packaging projects - from concept through to delivery.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the account, exploring new areas of collaboration and service innovation.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards across multiple campaigns and regions.
• Work closely with internal creative and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and process improvement.
• Deliver commercial insight, strategic planning, and proactive problem solving to elevate client satisfaction and account value.

About You

• Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within a print management, packaging, or branding environment.
• Demonstrable track record servicing luxury or premium brands, ideally in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
• Deep understanding of print production, packaging development, materials, finishes, and brand standards.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, nurture, and convert growth opportunities.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a flair for diplomacy and creative collaboration.
• Highly organised, commercially astute, and committed to excellence in delivery.
