Luxury Night Operations Leader - Pre-Opening Hotel

Sofitel Dublin Airport Hotel, a luxury flagship by Arora Group with Accor's Sofitel, is seeking a Night Manager to lead the overnight operations during pre-opening and beyond. You will guide the night team, ensure guest safety, financial controls and readiness for morning operations.

The role requires previous hotel Front Office management experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of Opera PMS.
