Luxury Italian Kitchen Sous Chef - Lead & Elevate Service

Maison Estelle in Mayfair is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to join our Italian kitchen, The Attic Osteria. You will work with the Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and oversee stock control and ordering.

You will train and mentor junior chefs, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with front of house to enhance member experience.
