Luxury Hotel Operations Director

Firmdale Hotels' Ham Yard Hotel in London is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead the hotel's day-to-day operations and guest service, reporting to the General Manager.

You will oversee Events, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security and Kitchens, building strong relationships with guests and mentoring the team.

The ideal candidate has experience as Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager in a high-end property, a hands-on leadership style, and a passion for hospitality.
