Luxury Hotel Maintenance Lead - Pre-Opening

Hotel Gotham Bristol is launching Bristol's first luxury five-star lifestyle hotel. As Maintenance Manager, you will join the pre-opening team to oversee all technical, safety and facilities aspects during construction and transition to daily operation.

You will manage budgets, supervise contractors, implement PM schedules, maintain records, ensure fire safety, and drive improvements while delivering exceptional guest experiences from day one.
