Job Description

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a General Manager for Rhinefield House Hotel, a flagship luxury property in the New Forest. You will provide inspirational leadership to a diverse team, and oversee all hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will own the hotel's P&L, drive commercial growth, develop people, manage compliance and safety, and represent the brand as a hands-on leader.
