Job Description

Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa in Newmarket is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to lead daily operations across the Hotel & Spa, working with Heads of Department to maintain Four Red Star standards and maximise guest satisfaction.

You will oversee revenue and operational performance, manage recruitment and development, participate in budgeting, and support HR and the CEO on people matters, health & safety and compliance.
