Luxury Hospitality Group Operations Lead

NICI Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Group Operations Manager to oversee performance across our luxury hospitality venues. The role focuses on service excellence, team performance, profitability, and consistency throughout the group.

You will work with General Managers and Heads of Department to ensure guest experiences meet high standards, compliance with procedures, and strong financial results. Travel between sites is expected.
