Luxury Front Office Supervisor Guest Experience Leader

The Grace Westport Estate is hiring a Front Office Supervisor to support the Front Office Manager in daily operations and to uphold luxury service standards. You will guide the front office team, handle guest requests, and ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes while coordinating with Reservations, Accommodation, and Maintenance across the hotel.

We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years in front office or guest services in upscale settings, proven supervisory experience, and a commitment
