Luxury F&B Sales & Reservations Executive

Sofitel London St James in London seeks an experienced F&B Sales and Reservations Executive to coordinate reservations and events across outlets including Wild Honey St James, Bistrot, The Rose Lounge, and St James Bar. You will proactively upsell experiences and maximise revenue.

In this role you will manage 7Rooms and other platforms, prepare weekly forecasts, draft contracts and invoices, and ensure timely communication with hotel teams.
