Luxury F&B Reception & Reservations Lead - Pre-Opening

Delano London is seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Reception Manager to join the pre-opening team. You will lead reservations and reception across Lana Lusa, Rose Bar and Private Dining, creating a warm guest journey from first inquiry to departure.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will train the host team, optimize booking channels, manage VIPs, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless, data-driven guest experience from day one.
