Luxury F&B Manager: Multi Outlet Leadership & P&L

Langdale Leisure Limited is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B department across all hotel outlets at Langdale Hotel and Spa, Ambleside. You will provide strategic leadership, drive P&L performance, and ensure luxury guest experiences across the estate.

Reporting to senior management, you will manage a multi-outlet team, maintain SOPs, and partner with Finance on budgets, stock control and cost management.
