Luxury F&B Events Manager - In-House Hospitality Leader

Aethos London Shoreditch is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to own end to end running of its outlets. You will lead a Supervisory team, maintain standards, training, stock control, and guest experiences across peak service periods.

You will be a hands-on leader, stepping into service when needed, and collaborating with Kitchen, Sales & Events, Finance, and People & Culture to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
