The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the opening team, delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a luxury setting.
As a Chef de Partie you will own a kitchen section, support the Sous and Head Chef, and maintain high standards of preparation, presentation, and food safety across all services. You will contribute ideas for menu development and work with premium ingredients.
