Job Description

DO & CO is seeking a detail oriented operations professional for our luxury airline catering unit. You will work with culinary teams, maintain ERP data, and translate menus into accurate galley and BOM plans to support exceptional service.

Responsibilities include updating recipes, pricing, and planning data in Navision or similar ERP systems; generating operational reports; and helping the team improve processes while maintaining a strong team culture.
