Job Description
Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for a luxury care and nursing home in Reigate. You'll be second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring nutritious, restaurant-quality meals and mentoring the kitchen team.
With 5+ years of kitchen experience and a relevant NVQ, you'll drive menu development and uphold COSHH and hygiene standards in a busy, 40-hour-week operation.
