Lux Lobby Host: Guest Welcome & Seating

The Peninsula London is seeking a Receptionist (Full Time or Casual) to join our Lobby Restaurant team. You will welcome and seat guests, answer calls, manage reservations, and help maintain a calm, exceptional guest experience in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, hospitality focus, and knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B menus. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, with a friendly, adaptable approach and ability to work under pressure.
