Lunchtime Supervisor/Part time TA

The Education Network is recruiting a Lunchtime Supervisor for a partner school in Redcar.

• Supervise pupils during lunch (12pm-1:30pm) ensuring their safety, welfare and good conduct.
• Attend to pupils' needs during busy lunchtime periods both inside and outside the school premises.
• Assume the role of a SEND Teaching Assistant in the classroom for an average of 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to adapt to school needs.
• Provide classroom experience where possible to support professional development.

• Recent experience working with children, preferably those with additional needs.
• Holding a relevant childcare qualification is ideal but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and responsibly with children.
• Flexibility to work the stipulated hours and occasional full day classroom duties.
• Subject to an enhanced DBS check and other safeguarding checks in line with Safer Recruitment standards.
