Salary Grade B Point 3 (£24,796 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. Minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job is £4,230.96. Annual weeks 38 (Term Time Only). Contractual hours 7.5. Basis Part time. Job category/type: Education Support.

Your new role

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will actively supervise pupils during the lunch time period in the dining room, playground and throughout the academy premises.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during lunch time in dining areas and on school premises.
• Maintain a safe, calm and inclusive environment.
• Report any incidents or concerns to senior staff.
• Support pupils with personal, social and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure smooth lunch operations.

Qualifications & requirements

• Evidence of relevant supervisory or safeguarding experience.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policy and procedure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.
• Commitment to the school's inclusive ethos and safeguarding principles.
