The Humberston Church of England Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a lunchtime supervisor to join our Church school family, working alongside our friendly staff and our super children in our welcoming school.

The position is to start as soon as possible.

Our school prides itself on giving pupils an enjoyable and safe lunchtime, filled with fun and laughter every day. We are looking for a reliable and approachable person to join our lunch team who is able to provide high quality supervision and engages positively with the children. The position will involve helping to set up the lunch hall for dinner service, supervising children eating their lunch and then supervising children on the playground after they have eaten.

We are looking for someone who:

  • has a passion for education and shows dedication and commitment to the children's needs.
  • is kind, approachable and committed to supporting the ethos of the school.
  • has high expectations of themselves and pupils, being able to model the manners and behaviours we would like our children to display.
  • Is able to form and maintain positive working relationships with pupils and colleagues
  • Is happy to work both outdoors supervising playtime and in a busy lunch hall.
  • Is able to conduct relative cleaning duties such as wiping down tables and putting the chairs and tables away.
