Lunchtime Supervisor

We are looking for friendly, reliable and flexible individuals with a positive attitude to join our lunchtime team. The successful candidates will be required to provide a safe environment and take responsibility for supervising children during the lunch period.

• Experience of working with children
• The ability to work within a team
• Work on your own initiative
• Have good communication skills
• Be flexible and show initiative
• Have high expectations of behaviour
• Engage children in physical activity
• Help children to join in playground games
• Encourage children to make sensible use of equipment
• Treat minor first aid (training will be given)
• Try to include anybody who appears to be left out
• Deal with problems/squabbles/issues sensitively and quietly
