Bellfield Infant School is looking to recruit 2 x Lunchtime Supervisors, to join our hard-working lunchtime team, dedicated to making a real difference to the lives of our pupils.
SalarySalary: £24,796 to £26,824 pro rata Subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
TermFixed term for 12 months
Term time only. 7.5 hours per week. 39 weeks per year.
RoleYou will be part of a successful team responsible for supervising children during the lunch break, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our children, promoting good behaviour and taking a proactive role in supporting and leading play activities.
The hours of work are from 11.45 am to 1:15pm, Monday to Friday, where you will be responsible for supervising children in the dining hall, classroom and playground areas.
We are looking for someone who- can manage pupil behaviour effectively
- is able to communicate effectively with children and staff with a good standard of spoken and written English
- has the ability to relate well to children and adults
- is a good role model for our children
- can work well as part of a team
- Experience would be useful, but not essential - being enthusiastic, willing to learn and enjoying working with children are essential
- a supportive team of staff
