LPG Operator

A leading international commodities trading business is looking to appoint an experienced Physical LPG Operator to join its London operation.

This is a hands on role with significant autonomy, working closely with the trading function and taking ownership of the physical trade lifecycle from execution through to settlement.

We are looking for someone with:

• 5-10+ years' physical commodity operations experience
• Strong LPG experience, ideally Propane and/or Butane
• Experience with VLGC/MGC or other LPG shipping
• Cargo scheduling, vessel nominations, loading and discharge
• Terminals, inspectors and shipping documentation
• Letters of Credit and trade finance
• Demurrage, claims and contractual issues
• Strong understanding of physical commodity trading

You should be experienced enough to operate independently, commercially minded and comfortable remaining hands on with the detail.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPG operator looking for greater responsibility, autonomy and direct exposure to the trading side of the business.
