To strengthen our Life Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a Loss of Earnings Manager (h/f/x), between 80% and 100% for a fixed-term contract of 12 months, responsible for handling claims files.The various missions you will undertake include: - Ensure complete and autonomous management of loss of earnings due to illness for the portfolio under the general insurance conditions. - Assess the right to daily allowances. - Collaborate with Care Managers, medical advisors, and various departments to conduct expertise and telephone interviews with insured individuals and clients.What makes you unique: - A professional with French as your native language, and a very good command of Italian (min. level B2). - Very good knowledge of common tools (MS Office). - You are autonomous and organized, able to manage your work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
