Overview

As our new Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of this transformation. This newly created role is your opportunity to build a high-performing TA operations function from the ground up - from implementing a new ATS and designing scalable processes, to shaping service delivery models and building reporting frameworks that drive real insight.
