London Strategic Sales Leader - AI Infra, Equity

Baseten is hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead the founding Strategic Account Executives team in London. You will recruit, ramp, and guide reps while actively closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals and shaping Europe go-to-market strategy.

In this founding role, you'll work closely with founders and GTM leadership, carrying deals early while building the regional playbook and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
