As a the London Regional Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational activities across London have the appropriate resources, assets, volunteers, specialist teams and vehicles, enabling high-quality care to be provided at a range of events across the Capital. You will provide strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight across the region, ensuring that efforts align with national standards and priorities.
As a London Regional Operations Lead, you will:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care
- Influence and shape operations
- Foster collaboration, strengthen professional engagement, and champion inclusivity and support.
- Build the operational capacity of St John within London.
