London Property Director: Asset Strategy & Placemaking

Madison Berkeley is seeking a commercially astute Property Director / Asset Manager to lead the estate's portfolio strategy in Central London. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will steer leasing, occupier mix and long-term placemaking while aligning with the Board and Trustees on the estate's vision.

You will manage major lease events, drive capital projects and provide strategic oversight across the portfolio, balancing stewardship with ambitious commercial performance.
