About the Role:

As a Bridal Stylist, you'll guide brides through one of the most meaningful shopping experiences of their lives. This is a sales-driven, customer-focused role where you'll combine styling expertise with genuine connection to help each bride find their perfect wedding dress. You'll own your appointments from start to finish - welcoming clients, understanding their vision, styling gowns and accessories, and confidently closing each sale.

What You'll Do:

• Host one-on-one bridal appointments, creating a warm, personalized, and celebratory experience for every bride and their guests
• Style wedding looks from our curated designer collection of gowns and accessories
• Build genuine relationships with brides and their loved ones
• Offer excellent customer service before, during, and after every bride's appointment
• Meet personal sales goals while keeping the experience feel-good and pressure-free
• Keep the shop looking inviting, organized, and ready for every appointment
• Collaborate with a close-knit team who genuinely love what they do

What We're Looking For:

• You have retail, bridal, or customer-facing experience (bridal is a plus, not a must!)
• You have a genuine love for fashion, styling and helping people feel their most confident
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• You thrive in a fast-paced, appointment-based retail environment
