London Corporate Associate: Cross-Border M&A & PE

Jameson Legal is seeking a Corporate Associate for its London office. You will work on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital, with exposure to cross-border transactions within a renowned international practice.

The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified with roughly 3-5 years' PQE from a top firm, and possess a practical, client facing approach with autonomy.
