London-based BDR Manager, Europe

Ramp is seeking the first BDR Manager in our London office to lead the onsite team and scale Ramp's European presence. You will coach a group of Business Development Representatives while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and the executive team to define and scale the BDR motion across the UK and Europe.

This player-coach role requires hands-on leadership, recruiting, and direct contribution to prospecting initiatives.
