Our iconic restaurants are celebrated for exceptional food, outstanding service, and unforgettable moments.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team as the Ivy brand continues to grow.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind the commercial success of The Ivy Collection. You will be responsible for building robust annual strategies that drive covers and revenue, working side by side with Operations and General Managers to ensure every Brasserie is the beating heart of its local community.

  • Commercial Alignment: Work closely with the Operations Director and Finance to align marketing activity with P&L requirements. You must identify "need periods" (e.g., quiet weekday lunches, January slumps) and build tactical plans to address them without discounting the brand.
  • Campaign Architecture: Design and implement 360 degree integrated campaigns for key calendar moments (Christmas, Valentine's, Chelsea Flower Show). You will define the strategy while creating the toolkit for local teams to execute.
  • New Site Strategy: Lead the critical path for new openings. You will conduct market research, define the launch strategy, and oversee the "go to market" plan to ensure immediate footfall and long term viability.

  • Partnership Development: Proactively identify and secure high value partnerships with local luxury retailers, theatres, concierge services, and corporate neighbours to drive cross promotion and referrals.
  • The "Face" of the Brand: Actively network within the communities where our Brasseries operate. You will build relationships with key local influencers, business improvement districts (BIDs), and tourism boards to ensure The Ivy is top of mind.
  • GM Collaboration: Act as a business partner to General Managers. You will hold regular review meetings to analyse site performance and co author local recovery plans for under performing sites.
Brand Experiences & Activations
  • In Restaurant Activations: Plan and oversee physical installations that create "talkability" and press interest, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest aesthetic standards.
  • Event Strategy: Curate a calendar of in restaurant events that reinforce The Ivy as a cultural hub, not just a restaurant.

  • Local Marketing Expertise: A strong track record of driving footfall through offline channels, partnerships, and community engagement. You understand how to market a venue to its specific neighbourhood.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build relationships with Operations teams. You must be comfortable challenging General Managers and Directors to ensure marketing initiatives are operationally viable.
  • Commercial Acumen: You are numbers driven. You understand restaurant economics and use data to inform your planning.
