Logistics Specialist

Job Description

• Managing Hyxi Technology Europe B.V. logistic duties: inbound and outbound of shipment, stock coordination;
• Working closely with Sales, RMA, BO, Supply Chain and external warehouse company;
• Handling all issues with freight forwarder and other logistics companies to coordinate the shipments;
• Being the process cooperator/coordinator of the tailored Hyxi ERP systems;
• Contact various transportation companies to acquire shipping quotes and select the most cost-efficient, available and reliable carrier(s);
• Coordinating warehouse activities;
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation;
• Other duties as directed by Business Operation and Logistics Director

Job Requirement

• Min. a Bachelor degree
• 3 years of recent relevant experience
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, customer service and skills
• Profound knowledge of MS Office and Oracle systems
• Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
• Accuracy in this role is mandatory
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Fulltime 40 hours per week
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
• Dutch would be considered as plus.
