Logistics Sales Representative

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sea Logistics Sales Representative to join our client's Ireland Sea Logistics team. In this role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and deliver tailored logistics solutions that support customer growth while contributing to our client's continued success in Ireland.

How You Create Impact

• Generate new business opportunities by actively identifying, qualifying, and converting sales leads within the Sea Logistics market.
• Develop long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand customer supply chain requirements and design custom logistics solutions using our client's comprehensive service portfolio.
• Prepare, present, negotiate, and follow up on customer quotations in collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups on opportunities and pricing requests.
• Onboard new customers seamlessly while achieving agreed sales, volume, and profitability targets.

What We Would Like You to Bring

• A proven track record in sales, business development, or freight forwarding/logistics, ideally within Sea Logistics
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills paired with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
• A full clean driving licence.
