Noble Recruiting is working with a professional logistics company based in Stanford-le-Hope. They are seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to lead key warehouse and supply chain transformation projects.

This role will suit someone with strong project leadership in logistics, automation, or warehouse environments, with a hands-on approach to implementation and change.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of logistics projects
• Oversee warehouse automation and system upgrades
• Drive process improvements and customer onboarding
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to senior stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional project teams across operations and IT

• Project management experience in logistics or warehousing
• Knowledge of WMS, automation systems, and project tools
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
• Full UK driving licence
