How you will contribute Manage UK/BV Logistics Operations, UK/BV Copacking, ecommerce operations. Manage the overall budget and costs, as well as driving productivity benefits. Drive better cost to serve, service levels and inventory excellence. Process simplification, effective collaboration across functions & ensuring we leverage any CI technological advancements. Ensure we implement robust reporting and analytics Work with Head of Ops to implement robust KPI reporting/targets. Ensure where possible we are working sustainably. Create method for evaluating capacity reviews and planning to ensure Grenade Logistics Operations are right sized to support future business growth. Work as a member Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Team to shape and deliver the agenda. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Logistics experience - proven capability of management in a Logistics FMCG environment. Leadership skills - managing and developing high performing teams Experience of managing 3PL/Suppliers Ability to lead and motivate individuals to meet customers expectations and achieve business targets.
