The Logistical department enables JET to widen the Restaurant Partner offering to customers, as well as offer various convenience and groceries options that will help empower our customers every convenience moment.

All about the role

Within Logistics, the Logistics Network Management team are natural connectors that add value to our stakeholders by having a broad overarching view on logistic systems, their interdependencies, and understanding of their impact on KPIs. Coupled with practical knowledge of local Operations, we provide operational insights as well as data-driven research into our logistical network, that helps the business to reach their operational and strategic objectives, Product with their improvements, and Leadership in their decision making.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Driving and supporting the delivery of global logistical tech infrastructure initiatives, in close cooperation with Product, Operations, and other departments within JET;
• Establishing cross functional collaboration between different teams;
• Providing in-depth analysis of our network of logistic systems to equip our stakeholders with the right insights in their decision making process;
• Making sure Logistics Network Management and other global teams understand local business needs, the required improvements, and the priorities for the systems
• Helping the team grow in their role as Subject Matter Experts on the logistic network;
• Organizational learning on Logistics innovation, in and outside your subject matter expertise, to help form a holistic vision on how Logistics can contribute to JET's mission;
• Supporting Operations, Product and other global teams on projects, questions and improvements in relevant tech domains.

What will you bring to the table?

• Availability to work in Amsterdam inline with our Hybrid working policy & (for non-EU nationals) in possession of a working permit;
• A technical affinity and analytical capacity, shown by either a relevant university degree or relevant working experience;
• A passion for being the bridge between Tech and Operations;
• Strong stakeholder management skills, to communicate and translate complex ideas effectively to various audiences (from Operations, to Tech, to Senior Leadership);
• Independent in acting on opportunities, generating new ideas, and flexibility to adjust to a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
