Logistics Manager

To support the development of our partner, a prestigious watchmaking manufacture based in Geneva, we are looking for several Logistics Managers. Their role will be to ensure the smoothness of internal flows, the reliability of tools, and the accuracy of stocks to effectively support daily objectives: plan, organize, and allocate logistical activities in coordination with production teams and external partners, while ensuring optimal flow management and priorities: monitor the evolution of ongoing tasks, anticipate delays or advancements, and implement necessary actions to meet deadlines. Management of unforeseen events: analyze daily disruptions and drive corrective actions to ensure the continuity of sensitive processes: strictly adhere to management rules for logistical systems: supervise tools to guarantee data accuracy and continuously improve management. Active participation in the deployment of projects aimed at enhancing service efficiency, while guiding teams towards greater autonomy and efficiency: ensure smooth and structured communication within the department and with various stakeholders. Required qualifications include a Federal Diploma in Logistics or a degree in Production/Logistics management. Strong knowledge of inventory management; previous team management experience is a plus. Excellent sense of decision-making ability and capacity to thrive in a proactive, field-oriented environment, adaptable to priorities with versatility and a strong team spirit. Proficiency in SAP and tools is required. Professional experience of 5 to 10 years in logistics, ideally within the industry.
