Logistics Manager - Denmark

We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Manager to join a major hyperscale Data Centre project in Denmark. This role will oversee all site logistics operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials, deliveries, storage, and transport across a fast-paced live construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site and off-site storage areas across the project
• Coordinate and control all deliveries through a web-based booking system
• Ensure materials are delivered, stored, and distributed efficiently across site
• Work closely with subcontractors, security teams, and site management to maintain smooth site operations
• Oversee delivery schedules, access routes, and traffic flow to avoid congestion and delays
• Coordinate crane, hoist, and vertical transport requirements with the lifting team
• Lead weekly logistics and delivery coordination meetings
• Act as the key link between site logistics, security, and project teams
• Manage accommodation and vehicle requirements for project personnel where required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Site Logistics or Construction Logistics Management role
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects, ideally Data Centres
• Strong organisational and coordination skills within fast-paced site environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors, deliveries, and site priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach to logistics planning
